Return and exchange policy
Return and exchange policy:
• We regret to inform you that, for our customers' safety and satisfaction, we cannot accept returns of products, even if they are in their original condition unless an error occurs beyond the customer’s control, such as a technical malfunction on the site.
• The products can be replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase if damaged or have a manufacturing error. In this case, the customer will be given a replacement product without a refund of the amount. The damaged product must be returned to receive the replacement product.
• If the customer refuses to receive the shipment or there is an error in recording the customer’s data such as: mobile number or email and the order is returned to us, the delivery fee will be deducted from the order value. If you wish to receive the shipment again after returning it, you must pay the delivery fees again.
• Please note that we are unable to modify the order contains once the order is processed.
