Return and exchange policy

To ensure the satisfaction of our customers and maintain the safety and quality of our products, please review ATHEER BEAUTY’s Return & Exchange Policy below:
1. Returns
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged products or manufacturing defects, and are subject to assessment by ATHEER BEAUTY.
  • If the customer does not receive the order or refuses delivery, the shipment will be returned. If the customer requests to have the order shipped again, new shipping fees will apply.
  • If the customer receives the order and finds a damaged product or manufacturing defect, ATHEER BEAUTY reserves the right to assess the case and determine the appropriate resolution based on the outcome of the assessment. This may include a refund of the product value or shipping fees, a replacement product, or any other resolution ATHEER BEAUTY considers appropriate for the case. The damaged product must be returned and received before a replacement product is provided.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind or no longer wanting the product. A return or exchange is only considered when there is a confirmed damage or manufacturing defect that has been evaluated by ATHEER BEAUTY.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, in order to maintain product safety and hygiene, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed and requires further action.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in cases of damaged products or manufacturing defects, and are subject to assessment and approval by ATHEER BEAUTY.
3. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Defects
If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, ATHEER BEAUTY will assess the case and determine the appropriate resolution based on the assessment. This may include replacing the product, refunding its value or shipping fees, or providing another appropriate form of compensation.
  • If the damage is caused by the shipping company, the case will be handled according to the shipping company’s policies and procedures, and any compensation will be provided in accordance with their decision.
  • Customers must contact ATHEER BEAUTY immediately upon receiving the order if they notice any damage or defect and provide the necessary photos and information for assessment.
  • The customer may be required to return the damaged product before a replacement, refund, or compensation is provided.
4. Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, its contents cannot be modified or additional products added.
